Ozark Dynamics

"Basics of Shooting" is Step 2 in the Ladies Only Beginner Series. *You must have taken Step 1- Introduction to Handguns, to be eligible for this class.

We will review the information covered in Step 1- Introduction to Handguns, including:

• Firearms Safety Rules
• Parts of a Handgun
• Basic Firearm and Range Terminology
• Loading and Unloading/Clearing a Handgun
• Fundamentals of Shooting

We will practice the concepts introduced in Step 1 with simulation tools in the classroom.

Then we'll practice loading real magazines and discuss range rules before heading out to the range where you'll shoot a Glock 44 (.22LR) under the close supervision of highly trained instructors.

Provided by Ozark Dynamics:

1. hearing and eye protection
2. handgun (Glock 44)
3. ammunition
4. water and snacks

This class will last approximately 3 hours.

We will be spending time on the range so make sure to wear range appropriate clothing. It might be muddy.
