Saint Nicholas Wyckoff - GOYA

When: Friday, May 15 to Saturday, May 16

Arrive: Friday (5/15) by 6:00PM to Church for check in and dinner (6:30PM sharp departure for Kalahari). ALL BAGS WILL BE CHECKED!

Return to Wyckoff: approx. 5:30PM on Saturday (5/16). The GOYAns will text their parents with an ETA upon departure from Kalahari.

Cost: $200 per GOYAn ($50 per chaperone - notify one of the advisors for the link to the Chaperone registration page)

Includes:

• Room
• Bus
• Tip for bus driver
• Access to the waterpark Friday evening (time permitting) and Saturday
• Access to the arcade
• Meals/snacks (Friday night - Saturday evening)
• Dinner will be provided in the fellowship hall upon our return

Bring extra spending money for any additional food/beverage purchases.

RSVP: as soon as possible and no later than Saturday, April 11th. Space is limited to the first 40 PAID GOYAns. Additional GOYAns who would like to attend will be put on a waitlist on a first come first serve basis via Corsizio. Full payment is required if cancellations are made subsequent to the April 11th RSVP date.

We will need to collect payment in advance to solidify reservations. Payments can be made by credit card (preferred) via https://secure.myvanco.com/L-ZDGF/campaign/C-150VH and include "Kalahari and GOYAns name" in the memo field, or by check payable to St. Nicholas GOYA. Any parent who wishes to pay by check should contact Tim Salvemini (timothy.salvemini@gmail.com) or Kallie Martello (ckmartello@verizon.net). Please email your credit card payment receipt to Kallie Martello. Your reservation must be paid for in full by Friday, April 11th to guarantee your spot.

CHAPERONES MUST AGREE TO AND PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND ONLINE TRAINING BEFORE BEING GRANTED THE PRIVILEGE TO CHAPERONE OUR CHILDREN.
