Phil Wright is an internationally recognized choreographer, teacher, and creative director based in Los Angeles, California. Known for his high-energy hip-hop style and positive teaching approach, Phil has worked with artists such as Will Smith, Cardi B, TLC, MC Hammer, and Lil Nas X.

He is the creator of the viral movement The Parent Jam and executive producer of Disney Channel’s Disney Fam Jam. Phil travels worldwide teaching master classes and inspiring dancers to train with confidence, purpose, and passion.
