Description: Rainbows & Rivers provides a safe, affirming, and welcoming space for LGBTQ+ youth and allies to be themselves in the outdoors. Grounded in the understanding that we are deeply connected to our plant and animal kin, this camp invites participants to explore identity, belonging, and relationship through nature-based play and discovery. Our days include games, crafts, journaling, skills, and activities that focus on our connection to self, others, and our environment. From climbing trees and swimming in rivers to tracking, sit spots, and reflective journaling, we engage in exploratory play, discovery, and fun.
