This training introduces hiring managers and supervisors to the New Employee Request process used to initiate administrative onboarding for new staff. The session explains how to properly complete the request form and what information is required to ensure new hires are set up accurately across HR, Payroll, IT, and internal systems.

The training will include a live walkthrough of the New Employee Request form, demonstrating how to enter key employee and position details such as job title, department, supervisor assignment, and start date. Participants will also learn how to upload required documentation and indicate onboarding needs including system access, equipment, workspace setup, and communication tools so that the appropriate internal teams can prepare for the employee’s arrival.

Supervisors and hiring managers will gain a clear understanding of how the form supports a streamlined onboarding workflow and how accurate submissions help ensure new employees receive the correct system access, equipment, and organizational resources before their start date. Time will also be available for questions and clarification so managers can confidently complete the request when hiring new staff.
