Join Steve Forbes and master teacher Christy Walker for a session focused on helping teachers make economic concepts meaningful and relevant for students by connecting theory to real-world application. Forbes brings a real-world economic perspective, while Walker translates those ideas into practical, classroom-ready approaches. Together, they highlight how foundational concepts—such as incentives, market competition, profit signals, and resource allocation—shape decision-making within a market system. Participants will leave with practical approaches that help students apply economic concepts to the choices they see and make every day.

All in-class, K-12 educators who attend this session will receive a $50 stipend. Light refreshments will be provided.
