Registration

Registration deadline: July 25, 2026

Registration Fee:

$450 per camper which includes meals, accommodation, camp t-shirt, activities, supplies and incidentals.

Deposit:

A $100 deposit per camper is required to hold your child’s spot. The remainder of the registration fee must be paid by July 25, 2026 

Early Bird Discount

A $25 discount will automatically be applied to registration fees paid in full before July 8, 2026.

Friend Discount

If your child brings a friend to camp, both your child and their friend are eligible to receive a $25 discount on their registration. Discount code: enter FRIEND25OFF in the payment section 

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for families who would otherwise be unable to afford camp for their child. To apply for financial assistance, please contact your local congregation. If you are not part of a congregation, contact the camp directors at: youthcamp.hillsofpeace@communityofchrist.ca

 Donations

We rely on donations and support from individuals, congregations, and organizations to help ensure no child is unable to attend camp due to financial circumstances. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation towards the camper sponsorship program through e-transfer to cwm_hop@communityofchrist.ca or in the donation section of the registration form.

Staff

Our volunteers do not pay registration fees but we graciously accept donations. When registering, enter discount code CAMPSTAFF at checkout to remove registration fees. There is a separate section for donations.

Cancellation & Late Payment Policies

There is a $100 non-refundable administration fee in the event of camper cancellation.

Refunds will not be given for any cancellation made after July 25.

There is no fee reduction for arriving late or leaving early.

Programs may be cancelled if less than ten campers are pre-registered two weeks prior to the start

date. In the event there are program changes which impact your child, we will notify you as soon as

possible.

If the camp is cancelled by the organizers, a 100% refund will be provided.

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation package will be emailed to you after we receive the camper’s registration. This package will include your receipt, details about camp, a list of what to bring, rules and expectations and directions to reach Hills of Peace Campground.
