Course Overview

This course is designed specifically for RPs and Deputy RPs as an annual refresher on the GDP guidelines plus additional areas applicable to Responsible Persons and their nominated Deputies.

Key Learning Objectives

• Understand the legislation and licensing requirements for the wholesale distribution of medicinal products, the roles and responsibilities of the RP and the importance of patient and product user safety.
• A recap on the role of the MHRA and the inspection process
• Understand the other regulatory bodies you maybe involved in while undertaking RP responsibilities, and searching for information
• Understand all the different classification of medicines and any licencing implications on their supply.
• A detailed refreshed into the GDP guidelines and how they are applicable in the role of the RP
