ADK's Homeschool in the Woods class is back for a special Maple Monday program at Heaven Hill Farm! Join an ADK Naturalist for this themed class about maple season and maple production. Learn why maple season occurs in the narrow window between winter and spring, compete in the maple Olympics, and taste test some local syrup.

We will meet at The Heaven Hill Farmhouse building for this program. There will be an indoor classroom space, and we will hike out to explore the historic sugarhouse and the modern maple operation. Please wear appropriate clothing for a day hiking outside and come prepared with plenty of water and snacks!
