Welcome to the official registration form. Please fill in the details below carefully to secure your place.

This Application form is to register for the 3-Nights/4-Days (25th - 28th September 2026) Shibir.

Please note:

• This Shibir is for Ages 8-50 (Any false registrations with incorrect ages will be cancelled).
• This Shibir will be held during the King's Birthday (long weekend)
• Registration must be completed separately for ALL participants (including children). Please ensure Parents/ Guardians' information is filled in for children aged 15 years or under.

The above sizing must be taken into consideration when entering sizing. Please do this before pressing 'Register'.

Terms & Conditions:

Transport will be provided by Shree Swaminarayan Temple (Mandir) Perth.

1. Arrive at Perth Mandir by 5:30 am and Departure from the Mandir on Friday, 25th September, 7:30 am sharp.
2. Shibir will be held at Fairbridge Village, 90 Fairbridge Rd
3. Fee: $150
4. Registration Deadline: 1st July 2026.
5. No refunds will be provided if registration is cancelled after 25th August 2026.

7. Participants under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at the Shibir. If a parent or guardian is unable to attend, the parent/guardian must appoint another responsible adult to supervise the participant throughout the Shibir.
8. The adult/guardian must be the same gender as the child, to ensure the child is supervised at all times while maintaining maryada. This arrangement must be discussed and confirmed with the appointed guardian before registration. Parents/guardians cannot name another adult as a guardian without their clear consent in advance. Without an attending parent or appointed guardian, the participant may not be able to attend the Shibir.
9. The organisers reserve the right to amend, alter or delete any programme items or general terms and conditions without giving prior notice.
10. Neither the organisers or Shree Swaminarayan Temple (Mandir) Perth - Australia Inc. will be liable for any injury, damage or loss of property caused at the Shibir Venue/ Attendees.
11. All information provided by participants will remain confidential.
12. The Shibir 2026 itinerary and list of items will be sent out closer to the time.
