In this webinar, Kay will take you through her 5 top tips for how coaches can work more effectively with tennis parents, drawing on her own experience as a tennis parent, the work she has done with parents, coaches and tennis officals.

ABOUT YOUR PRESENTER

After supporting her own 3 children on their different journeys in tennis, Kay Gilbert founded the Tennis Parents Community, joining together & upskilling over 3,000 tennis parents in GB via her Facebook Group, & reaching an international audience of parents, coaches & officials with her content on YouTube.

In addition to this, Kay is the Workforce Lead for Avon Tennis, & nationally she recently helped devise the “Her Contact Point” networking initiative for female coaches. She also created & delivered an allyship programme for male LTA councillors last year.

Her significant contributions to tennis in Britain were recognised with the LTA President’s Award in 2025.
