LADIES ONLY Fundamentals of Shooting

This class is designed specifically for women who want to build confidence, competence, and safety in firearm handling—whether you’re brand new or looking to strengthen your foundation.

In a supportive, low-pressure environment, you’ll learn the core principles of safe firearm operation and practical marksmanship. We start with the essentials: how firearms work, proper handling, and the critical safety rules that every responsible shooter must follow. From there, we guide you step-by-step through grip, stance, sight alignment, and trigger control—giving you the tools to shoot accurately and consistently.

Our focus is on creating a safe, structured, and encouraging atmosphere where questions are welcome and learning happens at your pace. Every drill is designed to reinforce good habits while keeping safety the top priority at all times.

The following topics are covered:

• The balance of speed & precision with a handgun
• Reloading & efficient handgun handling
• Presentation from the holster
• Fundamental malfunction clearing

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with:

• A solid understanding of firearm safety principles
• Improved confidence in handling and operating a firearm
• Fundamental marksmanship skills you can continue to build on
• A positive, empowering experience on the range

Whether your goal is personal protection, recreation, or simply learning something new, this class is the perfect place to start.

What to Bring With You to Class:

• Your preferred handgun
• At least 100 rounds of ammunition for your handgun
• A sturdy pistol belt and holster if you have it. We can help you if you do not have these items
• Eye and ear protection if you have it. If not, we can provide it for you
• Range appropriate clothing: closed toe shoes and no low cut or tank top shirt

We will provide snacks and water.
