EPICS is a no-cost experiential learning initiative designed for skilled trades, commercial building operations and retrofit talent pools. who want to enhance their skills and advance their careers. The Enspire Potential Immersive Cleantech Studio (EPICS) Program provides immersive, micro-training modules to engage skilled trades job-seekers and building/retrofit construction teams on best practices for becoming an apprentice, delivering retrofits, and reducing emissions/operational costs. These EPICS Sessions feature:
- Immersive 3D Experiential Learning: Experience hands-on building systems through VR simulations, immersive videos, and digital twin walkthroughs that replicate real-world environments for commercial building operations, construction, and retrofits.
- Enhanced Knowledge Retention: Boost your skills development with experiential learning modules that increase engagement and retention rates
- Green Building Focus: micro-learn energy efficiency best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and site procedures that directly enhance careers, reduce emissions, energy, and costs.
- Career Pathway Development: Access cleantech workforce development modules that showcase building operations, retrofit specialists, and cleantech career opportunities with champion profiles and project case studies.
- Interactive Problem Solving: Participate in real-time assessments and group problem-solving exercises using industry-standards 3D/VR/Digital Twin /Data Analytics tools
