Tell the stories of your childhood, memories, and life adventures in this three-part storytelling and songwriting workshop. Participants will learn to explore and craft their personal experiences, then cultivate these stories into original songs.

Bring a friend, a journal, and be ready to create! The program culminates in a showcase event, giving everyone the opportunity to share their creations with the community on Friday June 19 for the Music on the Patio Event. With age comes a rich treasure trove of stories—this engaging and supportive workshop offers a unique, empowering, and memorable way to bring them to life.

The Creative Aging Festival is free community festival is designed for adults aged 55+, as well as anyone who values connection, creativity, and lifelong learning. Participants are invited to explore a wide range of workshops and events that celebrate movement, self-expression, and the possibilities of artistic discovery at any stage of life.
