Explore the creative possibilities of three-dimensional assemblage art using found objects and mixed media. In this hands-on introductory class, participants will transform everyday and repurposed materials into a unique sculptural piece that reflects personal meaning and storytelling. Learn basic design and composition techniques while experimenting with texture, layering, and creative reuse. Participants are encouraged to bring interesting objects from home — think junk drawer treasures, discarded items, buttons, small trinkets, hardware, paper ephemera, or fabric scraps. No prior art experience required — just curiosity and a willingness to create.
