Improv Embassy Theatre Company

Goals for the keynote:

• Create an experience that allows attendees to leave the session with something they can both laugh about and use throughout the retreat
• Use personal storytelling to highlight how quirkiness in serious work can help differentiate from other companies
• Inspire teambuilding, collaboration and building off each other's ideas through the power of “Yes, and…”
• Provide improv-related insight into relationship-building and networking skills

Payment Terms

Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment site unless otherwise arranged. Payment is made in full at the time of booking OR with a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remainder is due the day of the scheduled event. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within two (2) business days of the scheduled event will result in a forfeit of the 50% deposit. Any cancellations made by the client more than two (2) business days before the scheduled event will result in a 20% administrative fee.

Any cancellation by the Improv Embassy due to unforeseen circumstances will result in either a rescheduled offer or a full refund.

Policy regarding additional time

The Improv Embassy facilitators:

• Are scheduled to arrive 20 minutes before the start time of the event.
• The facilitators can stay 10 minutes post-event if there are any follow-up questions or conversations the client or participants would like to discuss.

On the day of the event, should the client require the Improv Embassy facilitators to commit more time (30 minutes or more) due to circumstances including but not limited to, delayed start or end time of the event or adding an unscheduled break in the middle of the event, the client agrees to pay an additional fee of $60+HST for every additional 30 minutes per facilitator, if the facilitator can accommodate for the extra time. 

Please note that the Improv Embassy facilitators also have the right to decline any requests to stay longer than the agreed-upon time commitment for the event.
