Wagner - Beginning Alcohol Ink Techniques

In this class, we will explore the uses of alcohol ink ranging from abstract to semi realistic
In each class, we will complete Two glazed tiles, one 5 x 7 painting on paper and one 8 x 10 painting on paper.

Supplies needed for this class are as follows
- Nara or Yupo paper: 5x7” and 8x10”
- 2 glazed solid white tiles (any size)
- a minimum of red, blue, yellow, white, and black alcohol inks made by Ranger or Piñata 
- 1-2 large bottles of blending solution or 92-99% rubbing alcohol
- synthetic exam gloves
- a mask for fumes
- a blower ( like a heat gun) is optional and the instructor will bring a couple of guns and straws

All other supplies will be provided by the instructor.
