Through a mix of discussion, reflection, and creative activities, this workshop will highlight music as a non‑clinical, strengths‑based resource that supports self‑expression, empowerment, and connection.

Participants will experiment with how melodies and beats can shift energy, calm the mind, and inspire connection. From “Mood Music” to “Personal Soundtrack Moment,” each activity invites you to play, listen, and feel the healing and motivating power of sound.

Whether you’re a lifelong music lover or just curious about how songs shape our inner worlds, this workshop offers a lively, sensory experience that tunes your mind to the magic of music and equips peers with meaningful ways to use music to support healing, grounding, and connection in their work.

Three (3) Continuing Education Credits will be granted upon completion of the workshop.
