June 6, 2026 10 am - 12 pm
All ages- Children will need to be with an adult
Teacher- Alex Trippe
Join us for our next installment of our Stay & Play series, where families can create, explore, and make art together in a relaxed, welcoming environment! In this hands-on workshop, participants will design their own fantastical animals and plants using collage techniques and a wide variety of materials.
Using various patterned paper, scraps, textures, and mixed media elements, you will transform familiar shapes and natural forms into imaginative, one-of-a-kind creations- imagine winged tigers, flower-covered creatures, or plants with unexpected features! Along the way, Alex will introduce basic collage techniques like layering, composition, and visual storytelling.
This workshop is designed for all ages and skill levels, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and playful experimentation. Come ready to cut, layer, and imagine!
