HOHNES ROAD PLAYHOUSE SCHOOL HOLIDAY STAY AND PLAY TUESDAY 14TH APRIL 2026
Please complete the below form and payment if you would like to enrol in the school holiday session for Tuesday 14th of April 2026. All participants will take responsibility for the cleaning and packing up of all play areas and equipment at the end of the session. If you or your child are unwell you must stay home and not attend the playgroup session.
