Each session is designed to provide dedicated time for meaningful collaboration, building on shared ideas and refining instruction together in ways that directly support student learning. Sessions begin with one hour of professional learning focused on high-leverage strategies aligned to the PLC cycle, including assessment design, literacy, problem of practice, and targeted intervention. Following this, teams will engage in structured PLC time with support from ToSAs, including coaching, feedback, and time to develop products you can use in your classroom. To maximize collaboration, you are encouraged to attend with at least one colleague who teaches the same course so you can plan and apply your learning together.
