This form is for currently enrolled families who intend to return for the 2026–2027 school year and whose child will be entering 10th Grade.

By completing this form, you are indicating your intent to return and requesting priority consideration for enrollment. Final enrollment is confirmed once this form is completed and registration fees have been paid or payment plans have been confirmed with the school office.

Please note, registration funds are non-refundable, as they are used to budget and prepare for the upcoming school year. If your Opportunity Scholarship Fund later covers this fee, you will be reimbursed at the end of each semester. (January 2027 and May 2027)
