USC Academic Advisor Training

Join us for an optional advanced CRM Advise training and workshop.

This session will build on content from the Spring Break trainings and focus on advanced features, including Advanced Find, creating and sharing views, and building dashboards. The first 60 - 90 minutes will be dedicated to structured training, followed by open workshop time where attendees can begin developing views and dashboards with support from the CRM Advise team.
