Class Description
This class provides structured, developmentally appropriate physical education through engaging group games and movement-based activities such as capture the flag, dodgeball, relay races, cooperative challenges, and more (just to name a few)!
Each class includes dynamic warm-ups, skill-focused activities, and team-based games designed to promote whole-child development.

This class is designed for students of all ability levels! From beginners to experienced athletes, all are welcome. Activities are intentionally structured to meet students where they are while appropriately challenging them.
To measure growth and encourage goal setting, students will complete age-appropriate fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the school year to track progress and celebrate improvement!
