Class Description

Are you ready to create? Join us for a fun, hands-on exploration of American History and Heroes! In this interactive class, students will use their imaginations and creativity—along with age-appropriate historical information—to build, design, and engineer using LEGO® bricks.

Each class begins with lively learning and discussion about an important American historical event or hero. Learners will then be given a themed LEGO® building challenge that allows them to put their new knowledge into action. Students may work independently, with a partner, or in small groups as they create, collaborate, and make new friends.

At the end of each class, learners will have the opportunity to share their creations with the group. This sharing time encourages public speaking, descriptive language, and confidence as students explain what they built and what they learned.

Through engaging instruction, creative building, and guided discussion, students will strengthen their problem-solving and spatial reasoning skills while developing fine motor skills—all while having fun learning history in a memorable, hands-on way!
