Class Description
This class provides structured, developmentally appropriate physical education through engaging team games, athletic challenges, and skill-based activities such as capture the flag, relay races, cooperative strategy games, and more!
Each class includes dynamic warm-ups, skill development, and team-based competition designed to build both physical ability and character.

This class is designed for students of all ability levels. From beginners to experienced athletes, activities are structured to appropriately challenge students while fostering an encouraging and respectful environment.
