Class Description
This class introduces young students to the joy of movement through fun, imaginative games, team challenges, and cooperative activities. Students will play tag, obstacle courses, relay races, and silly movement games designed to encourage active participation and creativity!
Through these playful activities, students will:
• Develop coordination, balance, and gross motor skills
• Practice teamwork, sharing, and cooperation
• Build confidence and a positive attitude toward movement
• Strengthen listening skills and self-control
• Express creativity and imagination through physical activity
