Class Description
In today’s world, young people face more challenges, distractions, and moral pressures than ever before. Christ-Centered Servant Leadership will teach students how to rise above the confusion and model leadership that is grounded in faith, integrity, and service. Through the example of Jesus Christ and principles of servant leadership, students will learn how to lead with courage, humility, and character. This course will closely examine Scripture and explore concepts such as listening, empathy, healing, awareness, and stewardship – preparing students to make wise choices in a culture filled with competing secular values.
Students will:
– Grow in essential Christ-centered character traits such as humility, integrity, courage, and resilience.
– Develop practical leadership skills including listening, communication, conflict resolution, and team-building.
– Apply biblical principles to everyday life at home, school, church, and community.
This course blends Scripture, interactive discussion, real-world case studies, and leadership concepts to help students not only understand leadership, but live it. Students will be prepared to lead with confidence, serve with conviction, and make decisions that reflect their Christian faith in meaningful ways.
