Building Community Through Classroom Circles, An Introduction to Restorative Practices For Teachers
In this one day training, teachers will develop a general understanding of Restorative Practices and learn how to use classroom circles to build community and support academics. Using classroom circles builds communities of trust and respect, gives all students a voice, promotes safe sharing, enhances social-emotional learning and reduces problem behavior. This one day training is from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm with a one hour lunch break.
