Summer Slow Read: The SoTL Guide: (Re)Orienting the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
Curious to learn what it takes to contribute to the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning – also known as SoTL? Join us to read The SoTL Guide: (Re)Orienting the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning by Nancy Chick, Peter Felten, and Katarina Mårtensson.
This guide will introduce you to the field of SoTL research and offer you the foundation you need to plan your own SoTL project in the future. The last session of this slow read will include a Q&A with one of the authors. And, if there is interest from the group, the Faculty Hub will offer a workshop in late July to help you launch a SoTL project in AY 26-27.
This Faculty Hub Slow Read will be facilitated by Kylie Korsnack (Faculty Hub) and will take place on the Tuesdays in June and July from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in the Faculty Hub and on zoom.
