Cultural District Walking Tour
Discover the heart of Kelowna’s Cultural District on this engaging 2-hour walking tour. Beginning and ending at the RCA Atrium, you’ll explore the stories behind Stewart Park, the historic Laurel Packing House, and a variety of local art and heritage sites that bring the city’s creative spirit to life.
Please wear comfortable footwear, dress for the weather, and bring a water bottle.
The experience concludes with official unveiling of the RCA Mural Project 2026 is a vibrant, youth-driven public art initiative exploring themes of belonging, environmental stewardship, and diversity. Led by accomplished muralist Gail Hodgson and co-facilitated by emerging artist Rain Doody of UBCO, this collaborative project transforms community voices into a lasting visual legacy in Kelowna’s Cultural District.

The Creative Aging Festival is free community festival is designed for adults aged 55+, as well as anyone who values connection, creativity, and lifelong learning. Participants are invited to explore a wide range of workshops and events that celebrate movement, self-expression, and the possibilities of artistic discovery at any stage of life.
