Honoring Your Life: End-of-Life Planning

Honoring Your Life: End of Life Care Planning Series
Facilitated by Rickie Redman

End-of-life planning represents a profound opportunity for individuals to advocate for their personal care wishes. In this 4-part series you’ll be given practical tools and resources related to end-of-life planning. This is an opportunity to contemplate aging and death in order to bring more harmony and intention into your life.

Session 1 – Review documents and checklists to begin documenting vital documents such as care wishes, legal documents, passwords and more.

Session 2 - Contemplate your care preferences through discussions on Advanced Directives, DNR and POLST forms.

Session 3 - Understanding Palliative and Hospice care.

Session 4 - Learn about eco-sensitive and alternative options beyond traditional burial or cremation and how to personalize your legacy.
