Christian Walking Club

This is a 9 mile walk exploring a chalk escarpment on the north western edge of the Marlborough Downs. We will start from the church at the village of Broad Hinton. We walk towards and then along the top of the escarpment with lovely views across North Wiltshire. We drop down to the village of Clyffe Pypard and then take the White Horse Trail through Broad Town. We walk beneath the Broad Town White Horse and on to climb up the escarpment to the site of Bincknoll Castle. We then skirt Basset Down Wood before taking footpaths back to Broad Hinton.

This walk is open to everyone - members and non-members. Just sign up!
