Set in a quiet countryside setting, this gentle, guided session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

As you move through each stretch, take in the fresh spring air, blooming surroundings, and the calming sounds of the pond, birds, and breeze. It’s the perfect way to release the stress of the week and soak in the renewing energy of the season.

This class is welcoming to all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice. Come as you are, take what you need, and enjoy a relaxing evening of movement, connection, and fresh air.
