Introduction to Electricity and Production Line Wiring: Week 1 Practical Course
Thu, 16 Apr 2026, 07:00–15:30 GMT-5
This practical course provides operators with hands-on experience in production line wiring, focusing on wiring techniques for machinery and control panels, including cable types, termination methods, and the installation of protection devices like fuses and circuit breakers. Participants will master the importance of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete mandatory LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and SOP training to ensure safety and quality standards. The session covers specific practical skills in fan wiring and the use of essential test equipment, such as multimeters, for measuring voltage, current, and resistance. Through real-world simulation exercises, team members will build and test production boards to gain the confidence and competence needed for our operations.
