Interim Executives Academy Career Guidance Clinic (Alumni Exclusive)

Please note: This Career Clinic is only open to individuals who have completed the Interim Executives Academy. It is offered as a benefit of investing in the Academy.

IEA Career Clinics are a continuing education opportunity for graduates of the Interim Executives Academy who are actively preparing for work in the interim profession. We'll build on the information shared during the Engagement Phase of the Academy, looking at creating alignment in all the places we show up as professionals -- particularly resumés and LinkedIN.This Clinic focuses on practical advice for those just jumping into the profession and those who are seeking to bring focus and clarity to their professional image.

Questions we'll be considering:

  • What's my Unique Value Proposition as an interim professional and how does that show up in my branding?
  • How do I present my professional information for maximum appeal as an interim leader?
  • How can I develop content that will support my credibility and professionalism?
  • How can I work with Interim Executives Academy to secure an interim position?

These are casual presentations, with room for discussion and contemplation. We'll hear from some experienced interims who have worked on their own branding and networking and continue, as always, to build our community of colleagues.

This Career Clinic is offered only to graduates of IEA and is presented to our valued colleagues without charge.

We acknowledge and honor the fundamental value and dignity of all people; and we pledge our individual and organizational efforts to build respect, dignity, caring, and equitable treatment for all. As an organization, we are committed to transforming the world into one that promotes social justice and freedom from oppression, including but not limited to, racism, sexism, classism, heterosexism, ageism, and ableism.

Thus, we aim to be adaptable, actively anti-racist, embracing cultural differences, and to be accessible for people who are differently resourced and differently abled. Since we do not want financial hardship to be a barrier to participation, there are several seats reserved in each of our fee-based programs for confidentially awarded scholarships. We encourage those from historically underserved communities to apply.
