Teen Girls Bible Study: Renew Your Mind & Find Your People (Ages 13–18)

Help your teen grow in faith, confidence, and meaningful connection through this engaging Bible study designed just for girls. Using studies by Jennie Allen—including Get Out of Your Head, Find Your People, The Lie You Don’t Know You Believe, and Untangle Your Emotions—students will learn how to take control of their thoughts, understand their emotions, and build strong, Christ-centered friendships.

Each week, girls will dive into Scripture and discover how to identify and replace negative thought patterns with God’s truth, navigate anxiety and comparison, and develop a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ. Through guided discussions and real-life application, students will also learn how to cultivate authentic community and lasting friendships.

This class provides a safe, encouraging environment where teen girls can be known, supported, and equipped to live out their faith with confidence.
