High School Health and PE / Sports Conditioning (9th-12th)
Health and Physical movement is an essential part of life. Learning about the body God gave you, its parts, how best to support it and how it moves is a critical part of growing to be a healthy adult. We will use the Not Consumed “Thrive Health and P.E.” curriculum for the discussion portion of the Health class. Karen Cole will take over the P.E. portion of the class.
This high school homeschool PE class is designed to help students build strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness habits in a fun but structured environment. Led by Karen Cole, a certified personal trainer and local gym owner, students will participate in a variety of workouts including strength training, conditioning circuits, team challenges, and functional fitness.
Karen is passionate about helping young people understand the importance of health and movement while making exercise engaging and enjoyable. Each 45-minute class will focus on improving strength, coordination, endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive group setting.
