-> We kick off the day getting energised with practical learning on female athlete development! 💪

-> Followed by bringing top coaches together to discuss what it takes to be a high performing coach, the cross overs in our sports and what barriers we may experience and what we can do to overcome them. 🎯

-> Then we see top coaches in action. Sharpen your observation skills under the guidance of our coaches to better understand great coaching behaviours. 🔍

Whether you're aspiring to work in high performance, looking to connect with like-minded coaches, or simply want to enjoy a day dedicated to raising female sport — this event is for you.

⚽️ 🎾 A unique day where football and tennis come together to empower female coaches. Sharing knowledge across the sports can help us all grow and progress and we're excited for you to be part of it.

Friday:

-> We kick off the day on court with practical learning from Louise Assioun and Lorna Woodroffe. Explore Games for All Abilities — because tennis should be inclusive — and a Doubles Clinic based on the british doubles system, celebrating a format many girls and women love.

-> Then, the day is yours. Choose your own pathway with a mix of on- and off-court experiences:

  • Practice shooting tennis content for social media
  • Dive further into the Games for All Abilities with Louise
  • Find out about our other booths

Or simply connect, absorb and enjoy the atmosphere!

-> We then come together again in smaller groups to discuss barriers female coaches face — and, more importantly, how we can overcome them. 💪

-> To celebrate, stay on for a fun and relaxed padel tournament, where conversations continue as the energy stays high. 🎵 😄 With access to knowledge, music, food, and a fantastic community, you can shape the day exactly how you need it! 💯
