IGC 651: Give Students a Voice Through CHOICE! Infusing UDL Into Your Classroom

Format: This is an online course that takes place remotely and all coursework is completed asynchronously. There are no zoom sessions. This is a one-week intensive course. An entire graduate course will be completed in one week, so please allow ample time to complete coursework during the week.

Course Description: This course is designed to enhance your teacher toolbox with usable ideas for infusing Universal Design for Learning and choice into your classroom. We all learn in different ways, but we can’t cater to a classroom-full of differentiation for every single student all of the time. By using choice in your classroom you can break down the barriers that your students and yourself face everyday and make the most out of each lesson, practice, and assessment.

Anticipated Textbook Fees: This course requires a textbook, which can be ordered here and typically costs $25. This fee is not included in the course price. Please purchase the textbook prior to the course start date.
