We are pleased to have Yashini of FusionFlow Wellness, deliver The Bridge Programme - a small, supportive 6-week programme (1.5-2 hours per week) designed especially for women who are navigating change, feeling a bit stuck, or wanting to rebuild confidence and direction.
It offers a chance to pause, reset, and build from where you are now, without pressure and without needing to have everything figured out.
This programme is different from traditional workshops. It’s not about pressure, fixing, or having to share personal details. It’s grounded in body-mind recalibration - a practical, empowering approach that supports women to notice what is happening in the body, calm stress responses, and reconnect with a stronger sense of clarity, confidence, and steadiness. It offers accessible, real-life tools that support wellbeing, resilience, and self-trust in a way that feels gentle, practical, and achievable.
The programme runs each Wednesday for six weeks, starting on the 29th of April at 10am, and each week thereafter from 10.30am.
Each session brings together practical mind-body techniques, gentle nervous system support, and empowering conversations to help you:
- Feel calmer, more in control of stress or overwhelm, navigating pain
- Rebuild confidence and trust in yourself
- Develop healthy, sustainable habits with practical tools that support your body and mind.
- Start thinking about your next steps, including work or study, when you’re ready
Everything is trauma-informed, meaning:
- You are always in control of what you share, or don’t share
- All activities are optional and adaptable
- Your experiences are respected, without judgement
Yashini is an experienced facilitator who brings both lived experience and professional expertise with a genuine understanding of what it means to navigate change, rebuild confidence, and move forward with courage. A vital insight in her facilitation which is based on creating a space that feels relatable, encouraging, and deeply human. Her approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in the belief that healing and growth do not happen through pressure - they happen through safety, support, and small meaningful steps.
This programme focuses on what’s already working within you, while supporting you to grow from there.
