SATURDAY, June 27, 8 am – Noon (firing date) ADULT REQUIRED

$65 nonmember. $55.25 member.  All materials provided. 

Bring cash or blank check the first class if you might want to order a Raku Fire Dragon Master T-shirt for firing day. 

On day one students will study the history of dragons and their meaning in different cultures, then create their own original versions in clay. Day two they will apply glazes to their dragons and write their biographies. On the firing day they will watch their dragons go into the kiln flames and magically emerge minutes later. Parents are required to accompany their child on the firing day. The dragons will be ready in time for entry in the Berrien County Youth Fair. Bring your camera, sunglasses, water and a lawn chair the day of the firing.
