Highly recommended for all GPREP enrolled members and other municipal staff responding to GPREP activations. Even if you have a lot of MS Teams experience, this will be a new and valuable skill to have as GPREP now operates a Virtual Incident Command Post (VICP). This knowledge on how to move through this system is vital to effectively responding to emergency incidents.

This training provides a step-by-step walkthrough of the GPREP Microsoft Teams site, designed to support emergency management operations during a GPREP activation. Participants will learn how to navigate key features, access critical documents, communicate effectively, and utilize collaboration tools within Teams to ensure smooth coordination during emergency events.
