Hybrid Learning Option

When student behavior impacts the flow of your classroom, it can be hard to know the most effective way to respond. In this session, we’ll explore how understanding the function of behavior can lead to more confident and effective responses. This training is also ideal for anyone interested in being part of Tier 2 supports or joining your site’s Tier 2 team.

This Hybrid Learning Option supports teachers in building skills to address ongoing behavior challenges that remain despite effective Tier 1 practices.

Earn 4.5 hours of extra earnings by doing the following:

• Earn 3.5 hours of extra earnings by clicking this link Module 1 "Understanding Behavior" and completing the training on your own time between now and June 12, 2026. If you sign up for this option, be sure you read the directions at the top of the link: "Before you Begin: A Few Tips for Completing the Modules." No evidence or test results required for submission as long as you complete the next item.

• Earn an additional 1 hour: Attend a collaborative discussion in room 102 at Virtual Academy from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm on Friday, June 12th. We will discuss the learning and share how we were able to apply the learning to our own students. Note

**All participants are welcome to stay in the afternoon and earn extra hours by joining the open workshop in the MPR to action plan for the upcoming school year. No sign up through Corsizio required. Just walk over to the MPR at Virtual Academy, sign in, and get planning! Open Hours between 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
