Training Frontline Staff for ADA Compliance

Join staff colleagues for a DAC-hosted ADA training featuring an on-demand program from PaperClip Communications, viewed together in a shared learning environment or via Zoom.

This session supports DAC’s primary focus on digital accessibility while contributing to broader efforts to build an inclusive, responsive campus. Staff will have space to reflect, discuss, and apply key concepts to their roles.

While this session is designed for staff, DAC welcomes interest in future faculty-focused trainings related to digital accessibility and teaching.

Participants will:

    • Strengthen frontline awareness of ADA‑related responsibilities
    • Clarify when and how to appropriately escalate access concerns
    • Reinforce boundaries between informal assistance and formal accommodation processes
    • Support consistent, institution‑aligned responses to disability‑related needs

Feel free to bring a friend! Refreshments will be provided!
