During this session we will explore what makes an effective leader in higher education, based on a global survey conducted by Advance HE. There will be an opportunity to reflect on your leadership needs in the UWI context. During the session we will also explore frameworks to support leadership and teaching in higher education, and discuss how leaders of teaching and learning can be recognised through Advance HE Fellowship.
