The session covers best practices for creating a welcoming and professional first impression, effective communication techniques, de-escalation, and conflict-management strategies, setting appropriate boundaries, and responding to challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Staff will engage in real-life scenarios, practical examples, and guided discussions to build confidence, reinforce expectations, and support consistent, high-quality service across all sites.
