Introduction to Sourdough

Join us for a hands-on, beginner-friendly class designed to demystify the art of sourdough baking! Led by experienced baker Nicki Huggler, this session will walk you through the essential techniques and foundational knowledge needed to create delicious, naturally leavened bread at home.

Participants will leave with a sourdough starter kit that is specially designed to make the starter process easier. The kit has everything you need, including 24 ounce jar, a long handled spatula, temperature sticker, feeding indicator strip, breathable cloth cover and an aluminum lid. To make your life even easier, Nicki will be bringing some of her own starter for each participant to take home with them! That means you'll be able to get started right away!
