Adirondack Mountain Club

Goodman Mountain, named in honor of civil rights activist Andrew Goodman, is part of the Tupper Lake Triad Hiking Challenge. This trail is not as challenging as your typical Adirondack trail—not as steep and not as many bare roots and rocks. There is some scrambling near the top. Beautiful views of Tupper Lake and you can sometimes spot the Litchfield “castle.”
