Adirondack Mountain Club

This walk departs from the Village of Saranac Lake and travels east on the famous Jackrabbit Ski Trail to scenic McKenzie Pond, where we’ll snack. We pass through varied forest covers, listening for birds and looking for interesting mushrooms. A large glacial erratic is along the way.
